First, I had to turn on the CC and then I was able to type in it. The path view the CC feild is:
Evolution → Compose Message → 1st <no name> → 1st <no name> → 1st <no name> → 1st <no name> → 1st <no name> → View → CC Feild → [Take Action]
To type in the CC field I used the following path:
Evolution → Compose Message → 1st <no name> → 1st <no name> → 3rd <no name> → 1st <no name> → > CC → [Text]
