I was able to complete this task.
Path:
nautilus → garrett - File Manager (the window’s title) → <no name> → <no name> (#4, the menu bar) → File → Create Folder → [Take Action]
At this point, the text is automatically selected. I typed in the desired name for the new folder and hit enter when finished.
