Walter MacFarlane enjoys IMAP with Evolution. He does not want to carry a laptop while commuting to work, he tries to enjoy the good view he is blessed with on the bus ride along the hills and lochs of Scotland. When Walter occasionally needs to access his work email from home, he can just view them from his personal machine at home - just as if he was at work. But it would be great if he could have his calendar and contacts accessible from both machines as well..
