Firefox - Theme

Some of these happened because of more recent versions of Firefox. Others, because it is being ran on Windows (and the default “classic” theme under Linux is broken, so this theme inherited the same problems).

These will be fixed soon, hopefully. (:

Find bar has been broken due to some recent FF changes – unable to reproduce with latest build.

Windows menu is b0rked – FIXED!

Solaris has the same problem, evidently. Wonder why? – Should also now be FIXED! (although I don’t have the means to test it...)
