Usability - Knownissues

There are some issues with the Hula UI which are broadly known, and which are scheduled to be fixed. In the interest of assuring that our feedback operates within the context of Hula’s planned development, we will use this area to keep track of “known issues”.

1. Button placement in “Contacts” has not yet been sufficiently addressed (action buttons are above the contact editor, not beneath it as in Email.)
2. Sending mail from Hula may send the message multiple times (like 7).
3. There is insuffient space between the buttons at the bottom of the composer.
4. Bookmarked messages are displayed with the wrong foldername.
5. “Archives” is presented as an option in the UI, but a list of archives is not apparent (you have to go to “All”, where the archived messages are available at the top of the message list.
6. “Later” (in the Summary) is ill defined.
